Unfortunately, I have no trace of a 25-character product key which I am prompted to enter, I only have a 20-digit software licence key. I have no recollection of the account I might have used to buy it on Microsoft Store. How can I get it to work on my new computer without buying it again? Sorry, not without the proper key.
